The FBI once taught its agents that they can “bend or suspend the law” as they wiretap suspects. But the bureau says it didn’t really mean it, and has now removed the document from its counter-terrorism training curriculum, calling it an “imprecise” instruction. Which is a good thing, national security attorneys say, because the FBI’s contention that it can twist the law in pursuit of suspected terrorists is just wrong.

Whether UFOs and ET are real or not, has never been an issue for me. My father saw them flying over Germany in World War II from his P-38 fighter plane. They called them foo-fighters. Much too fast to catch  with a P-38. As were the supersonic jets the Germans had long before Chuck Yeager ever flew one.

Dad was P-38 flight instructor in the first part of the war, and good instructors were too valuable to waste sending overseas as the US Army Air Corps trained thousands of pilots for WWII.  As near as I can tell from the time frame and locations of his service, he was probably one of the P-38 flight instructors of the Tuskegee Airmen in Georgia.  Dad said they did really well.  I haven't got all of dad's records yet from the military so I am not 100% sure of that, but its very likely as he was also in Foggia Italy the same time they were. Still trying to determine if his war records were lost in a fire. My father also flew fighter escort for President Roosevelt's plane trip to Yalta.  He drank vodka with our Russian and British allies there.  Mom has his flight log book where the days are simply marked "secret".

I heard so many adventures of those years in the North African campaign, the invasion of Sicily and Italy and his dive bombing runs over the Alps into Germany and how if he got shot down they told them to take a certain street car in Belgrade and the conductor would get him out via the Yugoslavian underground resistance. My Uncle was decorated for valor by General Mark Clark at Anzio.  I don't think Dad ever adjusted to boring civilian life. It never quite lived up to those years in the Air Force.

Is this the new financial system you have been talking about If the answer is yes, could you clarify which is the role that Japan is going to have in all this stuff and how BRICS will help to free humanity from the cabal?

It is true the BRICS are working on a new financial system. There are 134 countries supporting this plan. Another group of 54 countries (the British Commonwealth) also has a plan that is in harmony with the 134 countries.

The obstacle is the governments of the United States, Germany, Japan, France and Italy and their remaining slave states.

Japan's government is on the verge of announcing its support of the new financial system. The Japanese government has already signaled in principle, its support for the creation of a new international economic planning agency based in Japan and with an initial budget of $ 10 trillion or possibly 1000 trillion yen. This organization would carry out large scale development plans like turning the deserts green and replenishing the oceans with fish. It would not, in any way, contradict or work against any plans of existing governments, corporations or development organizations. It would work in harmony with them.

The 5 nations that have controlled the previous financial system and the families that run those nations are negotiating a transition right now and hopefully some sort of mutually acceptable agreement will be reached soon.

We wish to point out that, were there any ill intent on the part of the galactic peoples, they could have long, long ago taken control of your planet.  You have records of their presence from at least the last seventy of your years.  At that time, given the technology necessary to travel here, it would have been a matter of days to achieve any aggressive purposes.  They have not done so.  You have records of them disabling your most fearsome weapons temporarily.  After proving their point, the weapons came back online.  At no time has any aggressive action been taken against you, even though the converse cannot be said.  Many times they have needed to defend themselves.

Many decloakings are about to be scheduled.  Some will involve a number of ships.  This will continue until any fear of your galactic brothers and sisters dies down.  Your calm assurances to you neighbors and friends can hasten this occurrence.  Merely point out the above facts to them.  At the same time, you will begin seeing evidence of individual meetings and technological gifts that will help to allay any fears, as well.

There is an ever increasing need for our presence on the surface of the planet to commence.  Our primary objective is your attainment of higher consciousness, and this will be much more rapidly achieved when we can interact with all of you.  A huge energetic boost to that end is occurring and will continue to increase in strength.  Those who suspect your sun’s activity of providing impetus to your advancement are correct, but the truth involves many more factors than that.  Rather open yourselves to the divine influences no matter the source.  The entire universe is working to achieve that end.  Perhaps you are already noticing changes in your emotional and energetic selves.  Our advice is to see those as first steps in attaining all you have imagined.  Your progress is watched with loving amazement.  Tomorrow, then.  Good day.

So, they checked your background, and you got that job at an intelligence agency. No doubt you are smart, and with that fancy compartmentalized clearance you have, you can truly claim to be the BIG SHOT. But perhaps there is something you failed to consider . . . . . .

There is something that I am sure most people do not realize when they talk about the NSA, CIA, FBI, ect. And that is that these agencies are staffed by highly moralistic and very good people (Unless they are Mossad). A tyrannical government will always seek out the best in a society, the most intelligent, most honest, hardest working people, because it is these people who will report back 100 percent, do the job they are told to do without question, and never lie. The use of honest people to do the works of evil is accomplished by only letting them see one small part of the total mission, and the reason given to them is so that one individual cannot spill the whole can of beans. This restriction of information is called compartmentalization.

But there is a problem with compartmentalization, and it is that it can serve a dual purpose. Because one individual is never allowed to see the entire mission, the mission can be evil and no one will be the wiser. Let's say that the corrupted elite on the top of the chain are after a whistleblower. There will be a mission born at the FBI or another agency, where they will be told they are pursuing a terrorist who plans to blow something up. They will never be told they are really after someone who caught a Rothchild molesting a four year old, they will be told it is a terrorist, and national security is severely threatened.

Good moralistic people will want to defend their country, so they will work hard to keep tabs on this terrorist. Down in the lower levels, there will be a few well selected people who know the truth, no doubt paid very well to manipulate and steer the honest away from any discoveries, and if discoveries are made which are counter to the cover story, those who made those discoveries will be congratulated and assigned a new mission. You can't have morals getting in the way of a composite work of evil.

CNN was down 50% in total viewers and down 60% in age 25-54 viewers (Total Day) for the month of March. The net loss was down 21% in Total Viewers and down 26% in age 25-54 viewers (Primetime) compared to March 2011.

The viewer exodus is not limited to CNN,  FOX News lost viewers in the month of March and for the first quarter of 2012. For the month, Fox News is down 17%.

"Perhaps, if I may be so bold, this is what happens to you when you continue to report stories that no longer resemble -- even remotely -- what your own viewers see outside their windows and apartments."

CNN has barely covered the rapidly growing Occupy and Tea Party protests around the country, and as the clip from Current TV's Cenk Uygur below points out, CNN gave zero prime-time coverage to the NDAA's indefinite detention provisions, arguably one of the most devastating rollbacks of Americans' civil rights ever.Perhaps viewers are sick and tired of the same half-assed recycled stories about Kim Kardashian, the same shiny Piers Morgan celebrity interviews, and perhaps a war weary public is also not so quick to slurp up CNN's incoherent Iran warmongering.

The BRICS - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - have agreed to provide credit to each other in local currencies. Officials say the deal will facilitate economic growth in times of crisis.

The currency swap deal is aimed at promoting trade and investment in local currencies as well as to cut transaction costs. It’s also seen as a step to replace the dollar as a reserve currency in trade between BRICS.

“The idea is in line with many interests and economic exigencies in the world economy,” Yaroslav Lissovolik, the chief economist at Deutsche Bank told RT. “The euro and dollar are no longer seen as unquestionable monopolies in the role of reserve currencies. Clearly the world needs more reserve currencies.”

The deal would also increase the BRICS influence on the international arena and will make their cooperation less sensitive to sanctions from the West, experts say.

"The BRICS countries are in the first rank to do the job that international financial system now needs. What the BRICS said was a very welcomed wake up call," John Kirton, the Co-Director of the BRICS Reasearch Group told RT.


Russia and China have been trading in the rouble and yuan for several years, now Russia plans to expand local currency settlement with India.

“With China it took us three years to (evolve) from initial conversations to trading in local currencies,” Vladimir Dmitriev, the chairman of Russia’ s VEB told reporters. “I think we will meet similar terms with India”.

Meanwhile the swap requires a lot of technical work by each country such as the synchronization of national banking legislation, according to Mr. Dmitriev.

The BRICS countries are also going to announce plans on a joint development bank which is considered a possible rival to the World Bank and the IMF. If established, it would function as a lending agency and would provide finance for joint BRICS projects.

"They made it very clear it would be built to benefit not only BRICS countries themselves, but developing countries more broadly," said KIrton. "But the big message was to give the World Bank more resources, only then would they see how the BRICS bank would fit in the supplement what they’ve already got."

I hear from so many people who feel isolated and alone during this awakening and massive paradigm shift taking place around the globe. Spouses can’t wake up partners to the truth; family members and close friends think you’ve gone wonky, while the mainstream matrix mouthpieces keep up their barrage of derision against anyone who dares to look past the range of their narrow blinders.

It does suck. We all experience this phenomenon and the isolation that seems to accompany the wake up.

Here’s a hugely happy thought. If we’re an organic, cosmically influenced body of crystaline receivers and broadcasters in an alive and amazing all-knowing Universe, perhaps we’re exactly where we’re each supposed to be.

In fact, we’re probably carefully distributed to create a world-wide grid of truth!

Scientists trying to create artificial life generally work under the assumption that life must be carbon-based, but what if a living thing could be made from another element?

One British researcher may have proven that theory, potentially rewriting the book of life. Lee Cronin of the University of Glasgow has created lifelike cells from metal — a feat few believed feasible. The discovery opens the door to the possibility that there may be life forms in the universe not based on carbon, reports New Scientist.

The White House on Friday named Jim Yong Kim, a Korean-American physician and the president of Dartmouth College, as its nominee to lead the World Bank. The World Bank’s Board of Governors will select a new president at their April meeting.

Mr. Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1959, and moved with his family to the U.S. at age 5. He grew up in Muscatine, Iowa. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Brown University in 1982, and then received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Harvard University. He received a MacArthur Fellowship in 2003.

Developing nations have criticized the World Bank for the American domination of the organization. The World Bank, consisting of 187 member nations, works to "combat poverty and support development," largely by offering development loans to countries interested in financing infrastructure projects.

UK Regulator Fines Queen’s Bank, Coutts, $13.8M for Poor Money Laundering controls

LONDON — Britain’s financial regulator said Monday that it had fined the queen’s bank, Coutts Bank, 8.75 million pounds ($13.8 million) for failing to maintain effective controls to prevent money laundering and monitor the accounts of high-risk clients.

“The failings at Coutts were serious, systemic and were allowed to persist for almost three years,” the Financial Services Authority said. “They resulted in an unacceptable risk of Coutts handling the proceeds of crime.”

Coutts, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, specializes in private banking and wealth management. Known as the banker for Queen Elizabeth II, Coutts offers free current accounts to customers who invest at least 250,000 pounds. The division reported an operating profit of 321 million pounds in 2011.

The bank said the fine related to activity between 2007 and 2010.

“Since the FSA first raised its concerns, we have implemented a number of improvements to prevent any recurrence of these failings,” said Rory Tapner, chief executive of RBS’ Wealth division. “Regulatory reforms continue apace.”

The FSA said it found deficiencies in three-quarters of the files on high-risk and politically exposed clients that it reviewed.

The investigation which began in October 2010 identified four issues: failure to establish the source of wealth and funds of prospective high-risk customers; failure to identify or assess intelligence about such customers and take appropriate steps; failure to keep files on high-risk customers up to date; and failure to scrutinize transactions made through their accounts.

“Coutts was expanding its customer base which increased the number of high-risk customer relationships,” said Tracey McDermott, acting director of enforcement and financial crime.

“The regulatory environment in relation to financial crime had also changed. It is therefore particularly disappointing that Coutts failed to take appropriate steps to manage its anti-money laundering risks.”

Coutts dates its history to 1692 when John Campbell opened shop as a goldsmith banker in The Strand.

Illustrious clients have included Charles Dickens, William Pitt, the Duke of Wellington, David Livingstone, P.T. Barnum and Frederick Chopin.

Coutts has served as royal banker since the time of King George III in the 18th century, according to The London Encyclopedia.

The bank got a 30 percent discount on the maximum FSA fine by agreeing to settle at an early stage, the agency said.

In a review published last year, the FSA reported widespread failings among British banks on managing high-risk accounts. For example, it said three-quarters of banks it studied failed to adequately check the legitimacy of a prospective client’s funds, while more than half failed to identify or record adverse information about a client.

What I'm about to introduce to you, explains why you have no concerns about any of the bad guys being able to steal your money. The 'matrix' has been engaged on planet earth. The new system is transparent and the matrix targets any one trying to do what they have no business doing, with money. As an example some folks tried to run off with a bunch of gold, as soon as the transaction began, it was targeted and the culpable folks were immediately arrested. It reminds me of a sentient computer. It's intelligence is faster than humans' and can't be 'negotiated' with. If your wrong, you're wrong and even you know it. It is responsible for these massive arrests and resignations across this planet. Free will does not cover you stealing, go ahead with the attempt but you'll never get away with it. The bad guys reading this will realize why many of their last attempts have failed miserably. There is no black ops operation that is not seen or a determination made about it. You could say, this is how the divine is interacting on the planet Now rather than some time in the future. The clouds have already parted and only they who really listen to that 'quiet voice' know it, because they need fireworks to get it. It's not about what people believe, what Is....IS. I suggest watching the matrix series again.

Because of this, the aims of the St germain trust will see their manifesto fulfilled and be unstoppable. "We are shifting the wealth of the world and the bad guys will not sniff any of this money". No one gives a hoot about politics. What is 'right' is taking place, and there's more power with it than against it. The dragons simply enhanced the operation. No sense in wasting your time, determining who's guilty of what and sitting on your 'judgement' of things, the shock to the reality will be quite consequential, no one is getting away with anything untoward. Cease burning up useless energy...it 's All being handled. If it's unconstitutional it will go up in vapors, you will be told so you never let this happen again to your country. The supreme court is not outside of this action, I suspect a few of them will be retiring early. The charge will be treason. The valkyries have joined the fat lady and they are singing in high c over c. So I suggest you men watch your attacks on women, they aren't pleased and you may be joining them singing in a high voice.

I see, folks have been joining in the dialogue on the dinar sites, trying to quell the hysteria, but few listen to them. There are 195 countries going thru a currency revaluation so it's world wide not just limited to the dinar. It All goes more or less at once, it Has to happen because there's new banking system engaging so, stop tripping. When you see the rvs show up in the treasury and forex, Then you'll know what that rate is, no amount of speculation and 'my source said' is going to change that, and the bankers don't even know the day. Some can tell you what's on the back screen but they don't know when it goes public. They don't run anything in the new system, they've all become employees on the new plantation. They just better make sure their own business is straight, inside of the matrix.

Oh, yea, the matrix is also creating Peace on the planet so, the neanderthals that still need to blow something up, will have a bit of a problem trying to perpetuate that concept of (living?) The drug companies are also on the list for going away for dispensing poisons to the people. There's one company that knows of a natural cure for cancer but can't synthesize it so, it remains growing where it does. Things like this, are before us to make this a better world. We are getting money alright, but there is some stewardship involved also. Clean this mess up. Some believe god gave us the earth to do as we like, well with thoughts like that, why would you be given more. You crapped all over the place and didn't even clean it up, like some 3 yr old so, I should give you something else so, someone can come in and clean that mess up, too? The problem around here is thinking who put us here is too far away to pay attention and we act in a vacuum, like little kids in the back yard of a big house. What'd daddy used to say? Don't make me have to come down there!

Fulford is Not Cloned Updated 3/25/12

One of the more ridiculous rumors floating around last week was that Ben Fulford was kidnapped, imprisoned and tortured on the island of Montserrat and that a clone had taken his place.  Why anyone gave credence to this foolish idea is beyond me.  I didn't publish it because I knew it was false. 


This wacky rumor was spread by someone calling themselves "Former White Hat".  Apparently he's done this to more than one person and is now the subject of several investigations and lawsuits.  I'm not going to bother linking to his web site.


Freelance Journalist Jim Stone, who runs the blog degaray.com  has this to say about the rumor:

“Emperical evidence indicates Benjamin Fulford is REAL, To those of you who have sent mails or think Fulford is a fraud, consider the fact that AS SOON AS I mentioned his name, the Japanese embassy let me in, no questions asked, no ID shown, NO scanner NO NOTHING. They bypassed ordinary security protocols and just let me in. That’s not normal for an embassy and if Fulford was fake that NEVER would have happened. I’d say that not only is he real, he has clout.”

Stone also has some rather interesting Fukushima high resolution photos which contradict mainstream news accounts of the damage and events. UPDATE 3/25/12

Hello,

So far I have not responded to the "former white hat's" accusations because they were so bizarre and infantile. However, enough people have e-mailed me that I have decided to respond. My sources are telling me that the "former white hat," is an agent by the name of Mike(please respond in person Mr. Cotrell if you wish to deny this). Mr, Cotrell is being hunted by the Russian FSB because he was, along with Leo Wanta, one of the people who looted the resources of Russia and helped cause the collapse of the Soviet Union. He is in London, England right now.

Cotrell was hoping to make himself hyper-wealthy by getting personal access to the funds meant for the people of the planet and became disillusioned when he found out his group was not being taken seriously by the people setting up the new financial system. Leo Wanta is a good man as far as I can tell but the funds he had access to belong to the people of the world and not him personally.

The accusations that I was "replaced by a clone," were so ridiculous I did not feel the need to respond until I found out many people took this seriously. All that happened was that on December 13, 2011, I went to the mountains of Japan and sat by a stream with a friend to make sure we had complete privacy so that I could ask her if she was being blackmailed by Luciferian agents. It turns out they had her younger brother hostage which was why she was doing certain things against me. That situation has now been resolved.

The "black hats," monitoring me went into a panic when I went off their observation grid on that day as did the agency people who were protecting me. The result was a sort of under-cover panic and subsequent internet storm of misinformation that I had been "kidnapped." I was not.

The only evidence put out that I have been cloned is that recent pictures of an overweight me with long hair and a beard look different from 10-year old pictures of a thinner me with short hair and no beard.

Also, I recently found out the bizarre tumor removed from my spine a few years ago was something known as a teratomatic tumor which has many different types of cell in it. The Japanese doctor who removed it did not want to tell me what it was because, thinking I had typical Japanese sensitivities, he thought I would be upset at the loss of my "twin." That is why it was a mystery to me at the time it was removed.

In any case, truth-seekers must not fall for the old cabal tactic of getting their opponents to fight each other. We all agree we want to end poverty, stop environmental destruction, have world peace and enter a new age of discovery, abundance, wonder and freedom. Let us concentrate on that and avoid negativity whenever possible.

Attorney General Holder Enlarges Citizen Data Collection

The New York Times is reporting that  Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. on Thursday signed new guidelines for the National Counterterrorism Center, a terrorism threat clearinghouse. 

The guidelines will lengthen to five years from the current 6 months the amount of time the center can retain private information about Americans with no suspicion of being tied to terrorism. 

The center is making more copies of entire databases and “data mining them” using complex algorithms to search for patterns that could indicate a threat.  

They claim the new rules have grew out of reviews launched after the failure to connect the dots about Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the “underwear bomber,” before his Dec. 25, 2009, attempt to bomb a Detroit-bound airliner.
