Gregg Braden - The 7 Essene Mirrors

This has been on my mind lately. Had a discussion with my brother how life seemed in some ways a hall of mirrors reflecting bits and pieces of ourselves back to us.  Usually the people who annoy us the most  show us the most about ourselves.  I wasn't aware of this video from Greg Braden (people still wear mullets?) but it really fits with what I have been noticing about myself and how I react to other people.

Maybe it will stir a few thoughts in you, and why we need to be careful about judging others. Perhaps when we become judgmental we just get more mirrors reflecting it back at us until we get the point?

  1. Careful about judging the mullet or you will wake up with one as it comes back to you!

  2. Hey Ak! I can't believe you posted this, thanks!!
I just listened to a live radio show last week on the Essenes, by Daniel Joseph who was taught by a mystic healer named Daskalos/Stylanios Atteshlis. Daskalos shared a life in the time of Joshua Emmanuel, an Essene...
The format here is not letting me "paste" the description of the show and the link, but it was really good --it's at www.rocklandworldradio.com the show is creating health (Wednesday) on 6-27-12 in the archives.

    Much love!

  3. In this week’s radio broadcast, the Virtual Circle lessons will start with a look at Psychotherapy, how it got started, what it is and how it is done. We will narrate a couple of examples of how Daskalos would help those who came to him seeking cures in the Stoa on Healing Day.

Then we will go back in time to pre Biblical Palestine and Egypt and follow the development of the Essene community in which Joshua Imanuel the Christ was to be born.   And we will see the difference in beliefs between the Jewish community and the Essene community at the time of Christ.  We will finish the radio broadcast with a teaching and meditation given by Joshua to the Essenes almost 2000 years ago

  4. This is a very thought provoking video. It will take me some time to absorb the full impact of it...not to mention, make the appropriate adjustments in my life. Well worth watching! Thank you!

    1. That makes two of us.

Isn't it funny how you can be thinking of something and then trip over something that gives you the answer to what you were thinking about?
